1604.02 "NO SMOKING" SIGN REQUIRED.

The manager of any place where smoking is prohibited by the provisions of Section 1604.01, or the person having the control of such premises, shall cause to be conspicuously displayed durable signs containing a notice reading as follows:

NO SMOKING

by City Ordinance

The words "No Smoking" contained in such sign shall be in letters not less than three inches in height. (Ord. 97-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
