1602.14 INSTALLATION OF BULK STORAGE TANKS FOR LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES.
   (a)    No person shall construct, install, extend or maintain bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases under the provisions of this Fire Prevention Code or the Ohio Fire Code, employing a single container, or an aggregate of interconnecting containers, of 500 gallons or more, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Director of Public Service-Safety.
   (b)    Each permit shall state the capacity of the storage facility and the location, by street and number, of the same. No person shall make installation of storage facilities not designated in such permit or maintain the same in any location other than that described in the permit.
   (c)    The cost of the permit contemplated by this section is five dollars ($5.00) and the same is payable at the time the application for the permit is filed.
