(a) Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Municipality the Ohio Fire Code, 2005 Edition, as adopted by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of State Fire Marshal, and as published in the Ohio Administrative Code. Further, that the Municipality adopts such later editions of the Ohio Fire Code that may supplement or replace the 2005 Edition that are adopted by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of State Fire Marshal.
(b) The Ohio Basic Building Code, 1999 edition and as thereafter amended, and as published in the Ohio Administrative Code, is incorporated herein as fully as if set forth in its entirety. (Ord. 216-2005. Passed 12-20-05.)
