1460.06 RESPONSIBILITIES OF OWNERS RELATING TO THE MAINTENANCE OF NONDWELLING STRUCTURES, FENCES AND PREMISES.
   No owner, operator or occupant shall permit any structure or fence to exist on any premises which does not comply with the following requirements:
   (a)    Every foundation, exterior wall, roof, window, exterior door, basement hatchway and every other entrance way of every nondwelling structure shall be so maintained as to prevent the structure from becoming a harborage for rats and shall be kept in a reasonably good state of repair.
   (b)    All exterior wood surfaces of all nondwelling structures shall be properly protected from the elements and against decay by paint or other approved protective coating.
   (c)    Every fence shall be kept in a reasonably good state of maintenance and repair.
   (d)    Every premises shall be graded and maintained so no stagnant water will accumulate or stand on the premises or within any building or structure located on the premises. (Ord. 65-66. Passed 12-13-66.)
