1458.01 REQUIREMENTS.

Banners designed to be installed across thoroughfares within the City, which banners meet the specifications prescribed by the Service-Safety Director, may only be installed upon the approval of the Service-Safety Director. (Ord. 124-92. Passed 9-1-92.)
