The Mayor and the Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with the Board of Commissioners of Wood County, in form and style to be approved by the City Solicitor, to implement the provisions hereof, whereby the County shall assume responsibility for administering and enforcing the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code within the City of Perrysburg, the same as such municipal corporation itself might if it were certified by the Board of Building Standards of the State.
