Wood County, acting by and through the Wood County Building Inspection Department, is hereby authorized and empowered to administer and enforce the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code within the City of Perrysburg in those areas where it is now, or will be, properly certified by the Board of Building Standards of the State.
