1420.04 REPEAL OF INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS; EXCEPTION FOR ZONING.

Except as to the City Zoning Code, the requirements of which shall not be affected by this chapter, any ordinance, section or part of an ordinance contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of the Code of Building Regulations or of this chapter is hereby repealed effective as of January 1, 1964. (Ord. 33-63. Passed 12-10-63.)
