1420.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE; FILE AND SALE COPIES; PURPOSE; CONFLICTS.
   Pursuant to Article III, Section 11.0D. of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the Code of Building Regulations for 1 to 3 Family Dwellings Only of the County of Wood, State of Ohio, adopted by the Wood County Commissioners on October 31, 1960, as amended by the Commissioners on June 11, 1962; as further amended on May 28, 1963; as further amended on June 10, 1963; as further amended on April 7, 1964; as further amended on June 10, 1965; as further amended on February 16, 1967; as further amended on May 13, 1971; as further amended on December 2, 1971; as further amended on August 25, 1975; as further amended on August 30, 1976; as further amended on February 9, 1982; and as further amended on April 20, 1982, which has been published by the Commissioners and a copy of which is now and at all times hereafter shall be on file for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk. Such Code shall govern the erection and alteration of one, two and three-family dwellings within the corporate limits of the City from and after January 1, 1964, except to the extent that the specific requirements thereof may be in conflict with the specific requirements of the City Zoning Code, which Zoning Code shall govern in case there is any such conflict. Copies of the Building Code hereby adopted shall be prepared or procured by the Clerk and kept for sale to interested persons at a price of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per copy.
