(a) The City shall review proposed changes to an approved plot plan in accordance with the same procedures, requirements and standards used by the Planning Commission. Changes to a Final Plot Plan which contain elements which require Final Site Plan approval shall require that the entire project be processed as a Final Site Plan according to the procedures of this Chapter.
