(a) Property which is the subject of Final Site Plan approval must be developed in strict compliance with the approved Final Site Plan and any amendments thereto which have received approval from the body which had approved the original site plan. If construction and development does not conform with such approved plans, the approval and any City permit shall be revoked. Upon revocation of such approval, all construction activities shall immediately cease upon the site, other than for the purpose of correcting the violation.
