(a) The Planning Commission shall review the application and plans and determine their conformity with the applicable provisions of this Zoning Code. The Planning Commission may, at its discretion, dely deliberating upon a Final Site Plan at its next regularly scheduled or special meeting unless the site plan and all supporting documents, including a zoning permit application form and payment, have been received by the City at least seven (7) business days prior to such meeting.
