(a) At least twelve (12) copies of the application and Final Site Plan shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Administrator at least thirty (30) days prior to transmittal to the Planning Commission. Upon receipt of an adequately completed application and plans, the City shall record the date of their receipt. The Planning Commission may, at is discretion, delay deliberating upon a Final Site Plan at its next regularly scheduled or special meeting unless the site plan and all supporting documents, including a zoning permit application form and payment, have been received by the City.
