1240.30 PERMITTED AND SPECIAL APPROVAL USES.

All permitted and special approval uses listed in Chapter 1225 for PBP districts shall apply to the PBP District. Uses not specifically listed or not interpreted by the Planning Commission to be included categorically under this Chapter shall not be permitted except by amendment of this Zoning Code.
