No person in Fort Meigs Memorial State Park shall:
(a) Intoxicating Beverages.
(1) Prohibition. Bring alcoholic beverages, including beer, into such Park or drink alcoholic beverages, including beer, at any time in such Park; or
(2) Drunkenness. Enter or be in such Park under the influence of intoxicating liquor, including beer;
(b) Fireworks and Explosives. Bring into such Park, have in his or her possession or set off or otherwise cause to explode, discharge or burn any firecrackers, torpedos, rockets or other fireworks, explosives or flammable material, or discharge them or throw them into such Park from land or a highway adjacent thereto, including any substance, compound, mixture or article that, in conjunction with any other substance or compound, would be dangerous from any of the foregoing standpoints;
(c) Domestic Animals. Be responsible for the entry of a dog or other domestic animal into areas other than automobile parking concourses and walks immediately adjacent thereto, or such other areas as may be clearly marked by signs bearing the words "domestic animals permitted in this area"; permit a dog to run at large; or fail to restrain a dog at all times on an adequate leash, not greater than ten feet in length, in those areas where such animals are permitted;
(d) Alms. Solicit alms or contributions for any purpose, whether public or private;
(e) Fires. Build or attempt to build a fire, or drop, throw or otherwise scatter lighted matches, burning cigarettes or cigars, tobacco, paper or other flammable material within any Park area or on any highway, road or street abutting or contiguous thereto;
(f) Closed Areas. Enter an area posted as "closed to the public", or use or abet the use of any area in violation of posted notices;
(g) Games of Chance. Gamble, participate in or abet any game of chance; or
(h) Loitering and Boisterousness. Sleep or protractedly lounge on the seats, benches or other areas; engage in loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language; or engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to a breach of the public peace.
