(a) The following tap or connection charges are hereby established for taps hereafter applied for, approved and made upon the trunk mains and distribution mains covered by a certain water service agreement between the City and Owens Illinois, Inc.:
(1) An amount equal to $8.00 per front foot of property without the corporate limits of the City.
(2) An amount equal to $6.00 per front foot of property within the corporate limits of the City.
(b) All tap or connection charges contemplated by subsection (a) hereof shall be paid into the Water Replacement and Extension Fund.
(c) The City is hereby directed to assess, as of the effective date of this subsection, the tap on connection fees as shown below. Fees for taps larger than two inches shall be determined by the Commissioner of Public Utilities Operations based on time and materials.

(e) The following tap or connection charges are hereby established for taps hereafter applied for, approved and made into the Sandusky Street water line by property owners on Sandusky Street between East Boundary Street and Sherman Place:
(1) An amount equal to forty-eight dollars and fifty-three cents ($48.53) per front foot of the property.
(2) All tap connection charges shall be paid into the Water Replacement and Extension Fund.
(f) The following tap or connection charges are hereby established for taps hereafter applied for, approved and made into the Eckel Junction Road water line by property owners on Eckel Junction Road between SR 199 and the west line of Oakmont Subdivision:
(1) An amount equal to twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per front foot of the property.
(2) All tap connection charges shall be paid into the Water Replacement and Extension Fund.
(g) A tap charge shall be made for each tap into the water system for any land within Brig Niagara Commerce Park on the basis of $2,460.16 per acre. Such tap charge shall be in addition to any other charges in this chapter.
(h) The following tap connection charges are hereby established for taps hereafter applied for, approved and made into the State Route 25 water line by property owners on State Route 25 between Roachton Road and one-half mile south of Five Points Road:
(1) An amount equal to twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per front foot of the property.
(2) All tap connection charges shall be paid into the Water Replacement and Extension Fund.
(i) The following tap connection charges are hereby established for taps hereafter applied for, approved and made into the State Route 795 between East Boundary Street and Simmons Road water line by property owners on State Route 795 between East Boundary Street and Simmons Road:
(1) An amount equal to twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per front foot of the property.
(2) All tap connection charges shall be paid into the Water Replacement and Extension Fund.
(j) The following connection charges are hereby established for taps hereafter applied for, approved and made into the water line by property owners on Five Point Road between SR 25 and Pargillis Road between Roachton Road and Five Points Road on Fort Meigs Road:
(1) An amount equal to twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per front foot of the property;
(2) All tap connection charges shall be paid into the Water Replacement and Extension Fund.
(k) The following connection charge is hereby established for taps hereafter applied for, approved and made into the water line by property owners on Hull Prairie Road between River Ridge Way and r-475: The sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per front foot of the lot.
