(a) Whoever continues a violation beyond the time limit stipulated in the notice provided for in Section 1052.12 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the City by reason of such violation, notwithstanding the fact that such person may have been prosecuted for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
