1050.11 TAP CHARGE IN BRIG NIAGERA COMMERCE PARK.

A tap charge shall be made for each tap into the sanitary sewerage system for any land within Brig Niagara Commerce Park on the basis of seventeen hundred thirty-one dollars and four cents ($1,731.04) per acre. Such tap charge shall be in addition to any other charges in this chapter. (Ord. 43-95. Passed 4-18-95.)
