1048.05 ASSUMPTION OF MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY BY CITY.

In order for the City to assume maintenance responsibility for private sewers, such sewers must meet City specifications for size, material, manholes and accessibility (easements) and must be in good condition. (Ord. 18-80. Passed 3-25-80.)
