1046.03 CONNECTIONS TO BE LAWFUL AND FEASIBLE; FURNISHING LOCAL LINE.
   Consistent with the terms of this Chapter and all other provisions of local, state, and federal law, permits to tap into the sewerage system of the City may be granted to owners of property consisting of a single building lot located within the corporate limits of the City but outside of a local sewer district, which lot may be the subject parcel or a part of the subject parcel for which connection with the City sewerage system is sought, upon the payment of or securing the payment of the fees and other matters as provided in this chapter, and subject to all of the conditions and provisions set forth in this chapter; provided, however, that (a) the connection with the line or pipe of the City's sewerage system, as proposed, is lawful; (b) in the opinion of the Director of Public Utilities the proposed connection is feasible and will not impair the service furnished or to be furnished by the City's existing lines or pipes for the properties for the benefit of which such lines or pipes were installed, and (c) such connecting local lines or pipes as the Director may determine are necessary are provided by the owner of the subject parcel at its expense.
