1022.40 CLAIMS FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.

The City will reject any and all claims made against it for reimbursement with respect to the installation of sidewalks on the longest side of lots with frontage on more than one street, unless such claim is presented to the City within ninety days of the installation of such sidewalk and the claim is valid. (Res. 17-82. Passed 1-4-83.)
