1022.30 USE OF OPENINGS TO SUBSPACES IN SIDEWALKS, ALLEYS AND STREETS.

The use of openings to subspaces shall be regulated by the Director of Public Service- Safety so that the best interests and safety of the public are served. The Director shall, if necessary in the best interests and safety of the public, limit the use of such openings to certain specified hours. (Ord. 83-74. Passed 2-11-75.)
