When the license application has been approved and the required bond has been accepted, the Director of Public Service-Safety shall issue a license to the applicant upon payment of the annual license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the calendar year terminating on December 31 following such issuance. All license fees shall be credited to the General Fund of the City.
