870.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)    "Flammable liquid" means a liquid having a flash point below 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37.8 degrees Centigrade) and having a vapor pressure not exceeding forty pounds per square inch (absolute) at 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37.8 degrees Centigrade) and shall be known as a Class I liquid.
   (b)    "Self-service filling station" means that portion of property where flammable and combustible liquids used as motor fuels are stored and subsequently dispensed from fixed approved dispensing equipment into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles by persons other than the service station attendant, and may include facilities available for sale of other retail products.
