Garage sales are subject to the following regulations:
(a) No resident or single address shall conduct more than four such sales per calendar year.
(b) No such sale shall continue for a period of more than three consecutive calendar days.
(c) Temporary signs advertising or announcing a garage sale shall:
(1) Not be placed in the public right of way;
(2) Be exhibited during the hours of sale only, and twenty-four hours in advance and twenty-four hours after; and
(3) Be exempt from sign permit requirements.
(d) All merchandise offered for public sale must be intended solely for domestic or household use and displayed on private property only.
(e) The provisions of the Traffic Code shall be followed.
