828.08 PURCHASE FROM MINORS PROHIBITED.

No person required to be licensed under this chapter shall purchase any article from a minor, or from a person who appears at that time to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or from any person between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
