828.06 FOURTEEN-DAY RETENTION REQUIRED.

All secondhand articles purchased or received by any person required to be licensed under this chapter shall be held by such dealer for a period of fourteen days after being purchased or acquired, unless the disposition of such articles is sooner authorized by the written permission of the Division of Police.
