(a) The term "community antenna television system," wherever used in this chapter, includes community antenna television and the receipt, transmission and distribution of voices, sounds, signals, pictures, visual images or any other type of closed circuit transmission or signal transmission by means of electrical impulses.
(b) The term "applicant" means any person, firm, corporation or association engaged in the community antenna television business. (Ord. 2-66. Passed 1-11-66.)
