Any such person shall be limited to the following charges for the furnishing of bond or security for bail:
(a) For a bond of $25.00 or less, a maximum fee of $5.00;
(b) For a bond not exceeding $50.00, but more than $25.00, a maximum fee of $7.50;
(c) For a bond not exceeding $100.00, but more than $50.00, a maximum fee of $10.00;
(d) For a bond exceeding $100.00, a maximum fee of ten percent of the amount of the bond. (Ord. 510-59. Passed 3-24-59.)
