Every person proposing to furnish bond or other security for the bail of any person accused of any offense before the Municipal Court of Perrysburg, for which service a charge is proposed to be made to any person, shall be permitted to do so and shall be regulated in so doing in accordance with the provisions of the following sections hereof.
