No person shall engage in any of the trades, businesses or professions for which licenses are required by this Title Two - Business Regulation of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code, or by any other ordinance or provision of the Codified Ordinances, without first applying for and obtaining a license from the Municipal Clerk or other duly authorized issuing authority.
