The provisions of this chapter shall control the licensing of the various trades, businesses and professions regulated by this Business Regulation Code, except to the extent that such licensing is regulated in subsequent chapters in this Business Regulation Code. As used in this section and throughout the Codified Ordinances, "Business Regulation Code" means Title Two - Business Regulation of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code.
