670.37 SPEED OF WATERCRAFT.

(a) No person shall operate a watercraft on the Maumee River from Maple Street to the Maumee Perrysburg Bridge at a speed greater than five miles per hour.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
