670.22 ENGINE WARM-UP OF POWERCRAFT FOR HIRE REQUIRED.

(a) The pilot or engineer of any powercraft for hire to carry passengers shall not permit passengers to come aboard before the engine of such powercraft has been permitted to run for a minimum of two minutes. (ORC 1547.23)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (ORC 1547.99(C); Ord. 97-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
