670.19 PERMISSION FOR CONDUCTING SPECIAL WATER EVENTS.

(a) No person or organization shall conduct any race, regatta or special event upon the waters in this City without first obtaining written permission therefor from the Director of Public Service-Safety. (ORC 1547.20)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (ORC 1547.99(C); Ord. 97-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
