670.12 MENTAL OR PHYSICAL INCAPACITATION.

(a) No person shall operate any watercraft if such person is so mentally or physically incapacitated as to be unable to operate such watercraft in a safe and competent manner.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (ORC 1547.99(C); Ord. 97-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
