670.04 SIRENS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person, except an authorized watercraft representative of the Federal government, the State or this City, shall use or operate a siren on the waters located in this City, except for emergency purposes. (ORC 1547.04)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (ORC 1547.99(C))
