(a) No railroad company, or engineer, conductor or other agent or employee of any railroad company, shall run any locomotive car or cars on the track of any railroad through or within the limits of the City at a greater rate of speed than twenty-five miles per hour.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (Ord. 97-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
