(a) No person shall create any excessive or offensive noise on any street, sidewalk or property adjacent to any school, institution of learning or church while any of the same is in use.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any subsequent offense. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (Ord. 77-83. Passed 9-20-83.)
