(a) No person shall make, continue or cause to be made or continued any excessive or offensive noise which annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others in the City.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any subsequent offense. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (Ord. 77-83. Passed 9-20-83.)
