618.12 HUNTING PROHIBITED.

(a) The hunting of game animals or game birds within the Municipality is prohibited. No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any game animals or game birds by the use of firearms or any other means.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. (Ord. 97-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
