(a) No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic beverages, shall sell, give or deliver such alcoholic beverage to a person under twenty-one years of age.
(b) No owner or occupant of any premises located within the City who knows or, in the exercise of reasonable care, should know, that a person under the age of nineteen years possesses or is consuming alcoholic beverages while on the premises shall allow such minor to remain on such premises.
After notice by any police officer of any violation of this section, such owner or occupant shall immediately terminate any continuing violation. Failure to do so shall constitute a further violation of this section.
(c) It shall not be a violation of subsection (a) hereof if the sale, gift or delivery is in the performance of a religious ceremony or service.
(d) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. The minimum fine under this subsection shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
