(a) No person in a Village park shall operate an all-terrain vehicle, go-cart, air balloon, hang glider, hover-craft, or snowmobile without approval by the Village.
(b) Except as permitted upon the Village Ice Skating Rink, no person shall swim in or ice skate within a Village park.
(c) No person shall play or practice hockey within a Village park.
(d) No person shall practice or play golf within a Village park except in areas designated for such purpose.
(e) No person shall remove water that has been obtained from a Village park water supply from a Village park without approval by the Village.
