933.14 POWER MODELS, TOY ENGINE UNITS AND SIRENS.

No person in a park shall operate, or cause to be operated, any engine-powered model or toy airplane, boat, car or other such device; and further, no person shall operate or cause to be operated any siren or any noisemaking device except by permit from the Village.
