933.12 FIREWORKS AND EXPLOSIVES.

(a) No person in a park shall have in his possession, ignite, or cause to be ignited any fireworks without the prior written permission of the Mayor.

(b) No person in a park shall have in his possession, detonate, or cause to be detonated, any explosive without the prior written permission of the Mayor.
