901.06 NOTICE.

All right of way permit holders shall notify the Village Engineer at least forty-eight hours prior to the commencement of any work, and to schedule inspections as directed by the Village Engineer. All restoration work shall be performed under the supervision of the Village Engineer, but at the expense of the permit holder.
