Perry Village through its Police Department and its Legal Department shall regulate and enforce all the necessary laws of the United States and the State of Ohio; the United State and Ohio Constitutions; and the ordinance of the Village of Perry to all those entering upon and using the Perry School System Property located in Perry Village and enforce all the traffic laws and traffic control of those persons entering upon and using the Perry School System Property located in Perry Village.
