505.15 EXOTIC ANIMALS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall own, keep, or harbor any member of a species of the animal kingdom that is not indigenous to the State of Ohio, or presents a risk of serious physical harm to persons, property or both.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
