(a) No through truck traffic or construction truck traffic shall be allowed to use Main Street, Center Road, Call Road, Manchester Road, Maple Street and Harper Street in the Village with the exception of trucks owned by residents of the Village or trucks making a pick-up or delivery on said road or street, and excepting pick-up trucks.
(b) The Street Commissioner shall post on said roadways signs stating:
"No Through or Construction Trucks".

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
