522.2.08 APPEALS.

Any owner who is served a notice of vacant property registration may, within ten calendar days of receipt of such notice, apply for an exemption or appeal the findings of the Structure Commissioner as set forth in Sections 1147, 1156, and 1158 of the Structure Code.
